Gift Card FAQs
To check the remaining balance on your e-gift card, log in to the account where you claimed the gift card. In the My Account section, you'll find a "Gift Card" option on the left-hand side. Enter the gift card code you want to check, then click "Check Status and Balance.
Once the gift card is added to your account, your balance will stay intact until you find the perfect appliance.
After claiming your e-gift card, it will be added to the store credit section of your account. When you make a purchase, your store credit will appear as a payment option at checkout. If the store credit covers the full amount of your purchase, you can complete the transaction immediately. If it only covers part of the total, you'll be prompted to provide an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
To send the e-gift voucher to the recipient, ensure you enter all the required details on the product page before adding the voucher to your cart. You can also include a personal message.
